ATHLETIC CHALLENGE Come push your endurance to the next level. The athlete in you will love the variety of basic drills incorporating medicine balls, weights, jump ropes, sprints, and other challenging cardio exercises.

BARRE FIT Use the balance and strengthening techniques of ballet barre in a group fitness environment. Work both on and off the bar, using small weights, bands, and Pilates balls to improve core, leg, and arm strength while lengthening the body. It's a low impact workout with graceful movement. Great for non-dancers and dancers alike!

CARDIO & CORE Enjoy a high intensity, low impact cardio session combined with strength and core training.

CARDIO KICKBOXING High-energy class that will strengthen your entire body by combining punches with a variation of kicks. Throw jabs, hooks, and uppercuts as you improve your endurance, power, flexibility, and balance.

CARDIO LITE This class offers a beginners approach to group exercise. Learn low impact and step choreography as well as proper technique for warm-up, floor work, sculpting, and stretching exercises. An all around workout at a comfortable pace.

DRUMMING FITNESS Rock out your workout in this fun, high-energy class! Drum sticks in hand, you'll pound out the beat to your favorite songs as you experience full-body sculpting and calorie-burning fun! If you love great music and want to enjoy your workout... this class is for you!

POWER DRUMMING Power X-Training and Drumming Fitness combine to give you an incredible full-body workout to your favorite music! Rock out with drum sticks, weights, and resistance training in this fun, high-energy class. Don't forget your water bottle and towel... you are sure to leave class smiling and sweaty!

SCULPT-STRETCH-TONE This class offers a variety of sculpting exercises to increase muscle definition and strength by incorporating the use of weights, medicine balls, BOSU, stability balls, steps, and gliding discs. Class concludes with a prolonged period of stretching to increase flexibility and enhance relaxation.

POWER X-TRAINING Transform your body with cross training exercises using a variety of equipment in a combination designed to physically challenge you.

ALL LEVEL VINYASA YOGA All the basics of our popular Vinyasa class with an emphasis on participants challenging themselves to make the most of the hour by focusing on the individual’s personal needs.

VINYASA YOGA This class introduces a vocabulary of yoga postures linked in a unique style of flow, Yoga Vinyasa, with emphasis on balancing breath, flow, energy, space, and stability.

YOGA FLOW AND FOUNDATIONS Experience yoga in this alignment-based mindful flow, focusing on moving with the breath.

YOGA FOR SELF CARE The ancient practice of yoga comes alive with caring for your body through the practice of yoga. Develop strength and endurance balanced by flexibility and relaxation. Individual needs and differences are addressed while learning to coordinate breathing and alignment with the flow of postures. This class allows everyone to experience the comfort and stability, which is the goal of each pose. By practicing breath, concentration, and meditation, your mind and body will work together to create a state of harmony. This class is designed to hold poses for a prolonged period of time making it very relaxation based.

ECLECTIC YOGA This session is a blend of Iyengar, Vinyasa and other yoga traditions, and is taught by our rotating yoga staff.

INDOOR CYCLING CLASSES:
Offering 13 Classes per week,Indoor Cycling provides a basic yet challenging program for all fitness levels. All classes are one hour in length.

ALL TERRAIN This is the most varied workout incorporating all types of riding including: flats, hills, acceleration drills, and recovery periods.
|
CYCLE & SCULPT Intervals of all types of riding in addition to strength training with weights. This class combines two popular workouts into one great class.
|
INTERVAL TRAINING Intervals of high intensity with low intensity recovery periods; similar to all terrain.
|
CYCLE 101 Learn the basics of cycling. Emphasizes bicycle set up, terrain descriptions, and how to work in appropriate training zones.

BALLROOM DANCING (Sign-up required; additional charge) Learn the most popular social dances including Swing, Waltz, and Country Two Step. These classes emphasize learning the basics of lead and follow and teach smooth comfortable combinations at an introductory level.

INTERMEDIATE BALLROOM DANCING (Sign-up required; additional charge) A continuation of all of the above focusing on mastering choreography. Prepare to look good on the dance floor.

MEDITATION Discover the benefits of meditation.For ages 12 & up “FREE” members only. Friday nights 7PM-8PM (Clubhouse). Saturday mornings 8M-9PM (Clubhouse). No need to sign up just show up. Our Instructor Gee will be guiding you into a peaceful hour set aside just for YOU! This is your “ME” time! She has had many years of teaching with all age groups. Please, treat yourself and feel the peace. You will be happy and refreshed afterwards. Benefits of meditation include: Clear thinking, improved concentration, positive attitude, healthy mind/healthy body, peace, patience with yourself and others, body and mind maintenance. This will be one of your favorite classes!
