Foot Reflexology is a non-invasive, relaxing treatment. Only the footwear is removed. Based on “zone therapy” Reflexology uses specific reflex points that correspond to other areas of the body. By stimulating these points with alternating pressure the related organ is affected. Signals are sent to the nervous system, triggering hormones that reduce pain and stress on the body.
Reflexology can do wonders for the whole body in addition to treating foot ailments like plantar fasciitis and achilles tendonitis. It also helps with anxiety, depression, and chronic pain.
For the best results book a series of treatments.
