Kim FullerKim teamed up with Roy Rasmussen in 1983 to begin development of LVTC. Kim grew up in Oakland and began playing tennis at the age of 21. Kim chaired the USTA Adult Appeals Committee, and is a past President of USTA Nor-Cal Board of Directors, and past member of the Board of Directors for the Livermore Chamber of Commerce. Kim enjoys golf and tennis.

Roy Rasmussen
General Partner
Roy RasmussenRoy and Kim began developing LVTC in 1983. A graduate of Cal State Hayward, Roy worked at a tennis club prior to starting LVTC. He is a former board member of California Clubs of Distinction. Roy has been active in tennis since his youth, and is an avid snow skier.

Desiree Bailey
Aquatics Director
Desiree BaileyDezi has been working in aquatics since she was 15 years old and swam competitively for the majority of her life. With a B.S. in Recreation Administration from Sacramento State University, Dezi has supervised and developed numerous aquatic programs. She believes one of the best parts about working in the aquatics field is being able to see young swimmers achieve goals that they have set for themselves. Dezi also enjoys helping people find ways to exercise and play in an aquatics environment. Dezi enjoys spending her spare time at home in Discovery Bay with her fiancé, their black Labrador retriever and their friends and family. Melissa Condron
Pilates Director
Melissa CondronMelissa is a Stott Pilates Lead Instructor Trainer that trains instructors in all equipment, Injuries and Special Populations, and the Rehab Certification for health professionals. She is one of only 20 instructors worldwide that can teach all certification courses for Stott. Besides teaching for LVTC, Melissa assists Instructor Trainers in keeping up with new concepts and programs for Stott. She also teaches courses including Continuing education courses for Physical Therapists teaching Rehabilitation using Pilates.
Melissa grew up in Akron, Ohio and studied classical ballet from the age of 3. She attended Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI and graduated with a degree in Physical Therapy. In 2000, Melissa joined forces with the Livermore Valley Tennis Club and began a great partnership dedicated to bringing the highest caliber of Pilates Training to the Tri Valley Area. Kim Coupe
Kim has been the Group Exercise Director at LVTC since 1986. She has a B. A. in Physical Education and Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley. Kim also holds a California Teaching Credential in Physical Education and Multiple Subjects.

Ann DeKay
Ann has been at LVTC in various positions since 1983. Her eagerness to please and organizational skills make her a perfect fit in this position. She's also pretty good on the tennis courts.

Adrianna English

Adrianna English
Adrianna English was born in Livermore, CA. She holds a B.S. from the University of WI -La Crosse. She has been doing massage and bodywork since 2001. Her talents lie in the areas of Deep Tissue/Sports massage, Myofacial Release and Craniosacral Therapy. She enjoys working with people of all ages and conditions. She is dedicated to meeting people's needs when it comes to their own healing. When she is not busy doing bodywork,you can find her on the pool deck coaching Masters swim, or enjoying time with her two sons.

Margot is a native of the Bay Area. She attended San Diego State University as a music major. Margot joined our staff in 1991 and has worked in several departments of the Club. She is a people person and enjoys interacting with the members.

Justin Krebs

Justin Krebs
Justin grew up in Livermore and has been a member of the club since he was a kid. He swam on the LVTC swim team for years and shares a record in a group relay that still stands today. He attended Livermore High where he was an All League baseball player and continued playing baseball at the collegiate level. Justin holds a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sport Management from Saint Mary’s College and is a Certified ACSM Health Fitness Specialist. In his free time, Justin enjoys working out, playing golf, baseball, and tennis. He is a huge fan of Bay Area sports teams, especially the San Francisco Giants.

Melody is from Chicago and moved to California in 1987 where she took off touring the coast. She has been in business management for over 27 years. She started work with LVTC in 1995 and works with children of all ages. In her free time she enjoys reading non-fiction and listening to talk radio. Deborah Shore

Deborah Shore
Deborah joined the LVTC staff in 1996, working at the Front Desk and as an Assistant Manager. Born in Wisconsin she is an avid Green Bay Packers Football fan. She has held financial and secretarial positions for nonprofits including Girl Scouts of America, Jaycees, and various Softball and Hockey organizations. Deborah's leisure time is well spent playing tennis, golfing, hiking and biking. Alex Silver

Alex Silver
Alex Silver has been coaching competitive swimming since 2000. He was an Olympic Trial competitor and world ranked swimmer. In 1999 he was captain of the UC Berkeley men's swim team. Alex has coached NCS champions, Junior Olympic Champions, and North American Challenge Cup Champions. He loves helping kids be the best they can be. At LVTC, Alex coaches the year-round Livermore Aqua Cowboys (LAC) team and the LVTC Fireballs, our summer team. Shari Sutton
Shari has been at LVTC since 1998. She is a graduate of Cal State Hayward with a Bachelor Degree in Sociology. She is married and lives in Manteca with her husband and two active boys. When she is not at the Club, she enjoys scrapbooking, nurturing her pets, and spending time with family and friends.
