Pilates is the ultimate mind-body exercise for anyone who wants to tone, streamline, increase flexibility, and take their fitness to a whole new level. The focus of this work is on trunk stability and conscious exercise with the focus on breathing and precise movement targeting those important abdominal and back muscles. 



LVTC's pilates program is headed by Stott Lead Instructor Trainer, Melissa Condron, who is one of only 20 people worldwide certified to teach all certification courses for Stott Pilates®*.

The LVTC Pilates Staff of physical therapists and Stott certified instructors are proud of the integrity of Pilates brought to our members. Our exceptional Pilates Instructors are dedicated to staying current with all research and information that could take our clients to a higher level with their Pilates training.

Sessions are 55 minutes and incorporate mat, reformer, cadillac, chair and other apparatus.

Session Fees:

$70/session for private

$42/session for semi-private

$33/session three-person class

$28/four person class

$25/ five person class

Non-members pay an additional $10 per person per class


Because Pilates needs to be progressed as understanding for the principles is gained, the Pilates Department puts together groups of up to 5 for group session in Mat or Reformer. All clients are started together and progress together.
